Graphic options – Your design, your choice:
You can either upload your own graphic or commission a custom design through our service.
Our design stages:
Easy – Up to 3 designs. Choose this option also if you would like us to make minor changes to your finished graphic.
Medium – Up to 5 motifs.
Complex – For drawings or designs with more than 6 motifs (e.g., a cartoon dog or detailed illustrations).
My own graphic – Select this option if your file is ready to print.
Processing time & corrections: Creating your custom graphic typically takes about 2 business days . Your satisfaction with the design is important to us – therefore, we offer up to 3 free rounds of revisions to ensure your desired band design is perfect. Should you require any further adjustments, we would be happy to discuss them with you individually.
Important note for photo printing: Would you like to have your own photos (e.g., several pictures of your dog) printed on the band? Then please select the "Simple" option. We will create a print file in which your photos are arranged so that they can be printed seamlessly and correctly on the band. Without this adjustment, the printer cannot use the images directly.

Express processing – When it needs to be faster!
Do you need the tape faster than usual?
Yes: Your order will be processed with priority. Production and delivery time is approximately 14 to 20 days.
No: The regular processing time will be extended by approximately 14 days.
Note: Despite careful planning, delays may occasionally occur (e.g., due to strikes, machine breakdowns, or transport problems). Unfortunately, we have no control over these events.
Requirements for your own graphics:
Your graphic should be elongated and suitable for printing on a ribbon. Here are some examples of suitable sizes:
1977 x 267 pixels or 2362 x 503 pixels
Colors in CMYK format Please note that our prints are produced in CMYK color mode , not RGB. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is specifically designed for printing and ensures that colors on the printed tape appear as close as possible to your digital artwork. Colors in RGB (Red, Green, Blue), which are designed for screens, can appear differently when printed, so converting to CMYK is essential. Many image editing programs allow you to change the color mode in their settings.
Tips for graphics with gradients:
The resolution should be at least 1900 pixels in width to ensure high print quality. If your graphic contains a gradient, make sure it ends smoothly to avoid harsh transitions when printing multiple copies.
